With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry and 23 years dedicated to crew lodging, Robyn is considered an expert in third-party lodging management.

With a BS in Management from the University of South Alabama, Robyn began her career in third party lodging operations, managing major customer accounts. She worked with many Class1 Railroads, large trucking companies and various other crew lodging customers. She gained the invaluable knowledge of how to define lodging requirements for companies and their counterparts that manage this business. In addition, she worked closely with sales teams as they onboarded customers and understands the challenges and benefits of managing third party lodging providers.

Robyn has also worked with a large extended stay hotel brand managing their hotel development with a majority crew lodging component. During this time, she learned the ins and outs of building and buying hotels while keeping in mind the requirements necessary to manage a crew lodging program.
